As Communications and Marketing Manager, your tasks will include:
- Developing, planning, executing, producing, and tracking the impact of Gaia’s external and internal communications.
- Developing Gaia’s communications and marketing to support the company’s brand image, increase visibility, support sales, and improve customer satisfaction and Gaia’s employer branding.
More precise responsibilities and objectives will be defined when your role begins. As Communications and Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Gaia’s experts. You will work within the Operations Manager’s team and report on communications to Pasi Rinne, Gaia’s Director for Sustainability Business.
For the role, we expect diverse skills in communications as well as a drive to plan, produce, and create multi-channel communications with a strong sustainability angle. We hope that you independently take on new tasks, and that you have the desire to develop your own skills in the fast-paced world of consulting. We are looking for a team player who can prioritize and work on several projects at a time. Professional Finnish and English skills are required to succeed in this role. Other languages, as well as knowledge in corporate responsibility, environmental issues, and/or sustainability are of significant advantage. Ideally you will have at least a few years of experience in a marketing or communications role for a consulting (or similar) company, or at a strategic communications agency.
