VISION Era-Net is a collaborative network of nationally leading European innovation policy agencies who seek to coordinate European research on innovation and technology and improve the utilization of research and evaluation intelligence in policy making. As its final event, VISION Era-Net organized an international research policy conference in Helsinki on March 30-31st to map state of the art and future directions in innovation policy intelligence and research.
Gaia participated in the VISION Era-Net by conducting a study to identify the major challenges facing the governance of national innovation systems and to explore in detail what factors create pressure for renewal. The study was done together with Dialogic BV from the Netherlands.
