In August, Gaia was joined by two new professionals, Rina Raikamo and Iris Mäntylä.
Rina Raikamo has started in the role of Senior Consultant. After graduating Hanken School of Economics, Rina worked in the Stora Enso CSR team. She has also completed an MBA degree at IMD Business School and led projects in the Stora Enso M&A and Corporate Finance team. Most recently, she has concentrated on the direct-to-consumer e-bike brand Wheelström, which she founded in 2017. At Gaia, Rina will draw on her experience in advancing our customers’ sustainability agendas.
Iris Mäntylä has started as Assistant Consultant. Iris will work at Gaia part-time while she finalizes her studies in the Environmental Change and Global Sustainability Master’s Program at Helsinki University. Before Gaia, Iris has worked in sustainable business planning and national environmental and climate policy and been active in environmental NGOs. At Gaia, Iris’ responsibilities will include carbon footprint analyses, carbon offsets and environmental and climate policy projects.
