“As a kid I kept asking my parents questions about natural phenomena such as thermodynamics and animal behavior. Growing up I grew more and more interested in human behavior and well-being of people around the globe. Then I remember a high school course in risk geography bringing it all together in the most inspiring way: I learned about the climate and biospheric and social systems on earth and started to understand how everything I do affects at least something somewhere. That’s how I became an environmental scientist.

In my work at Gaia I get to use my expertise in both natural and social sciences and solve sustainability problems together with the other enthusiastic experts. Working together in inspiring projects keep me going!”
